Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
There are many versions of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and it's hard to find one that is very different from the others, but this book fills the bill. There's a whole section on how Disney planned to make an Alice in Wonderland feature well before the one we all know was made. The book section explains the various versions that were talked about, and how the artist David Hall worked on preparing hundreds of drawings for use in an animated version of the movie.
Unfortunately that version was never made. This book contains many of Hall's illustrations that would have been used to make the movie and they are very well done and are far more detailed than the drawings that were used in the actual release.
