Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass, vol. 1 #1, Jan. 1949
This is the Through the Looking Glass story, very well done and pretty complete with only a few changes. One interesting thing is that the Pawn early in the story is pictured as a girl. Another time Alice literally flies through the Looking Glass house. Later she encounters Tweedeldum and Tweedledee who are wearing different colors.
This is really a good adaptation of the original story. The only odd thing is that in a comic for young girls, presumably, there's an add for an all-nylon girdle.
