In this episode a man visits a blind woman. When her husband comes home he kills him and flees. This stirs up anti-American troubles in the foreign country and Drake is called in to find the killer.

Drake works closely with the police chief who fears a military coup, but ends up being set up for murder himself. Drake plans a ruse to fool the killer into thinking the woman can actually see. The ruse works and the killer ends up getting caught.

Which leads to one major question. If the woman could see, then when the killer shot her husband wouldn't she have given a complete description to the police who would have picked up the killer by now? If the killer initially thought the woman could see, then wouldn't he have killed her too when he killed her husband in order to eliminate any witnesses? Something in this story just doesn't seem to make sense.
