Age of Resistance, episode 2
The second episode opens with a podling getting up, getting his breakfast and fixing his hair. He works for Aughra. It seems that she has been asleep for a long time, long enough to miss the Skeksis takeover.
A female Gelfling (Deet) is walking around blindfolded (why?) and comes across a fizzgig-type animal. The Chamberlain comes up with an idea to frame the male Gelfling for the 'murder' of Mira. The fleeing Gelfling dreamfasts with another one to let him know what really happened to Mira.
A giant spider goes after the wandering female Gelfling. She's rescued by a podling and they set off together. At the library the main librarian doesn't want the really smart female Gelfling inquiring nito the meaning of a symbol she's found.
The girl Gelfling goes to see someone who could help her but he tries to drug her.
The Skeksis decide the scientist Skeksis will be punished using a peeper beetle. Meanwhile Aughra goes to talk to the Skeksis to see if they know what happened while she was 'in the stars.'
The one Skeksis gets punished. Severely.
There's a verbal reference to the mystics by Aughra as she's not going to them because they talk in riddles.
