Dark Shadows episode 11

The episode opens with Elizabeth taking Devlin to the drawing room. Caroline insists on joining them there. Elizabeth tells Devlin that he said he always hated Collinsport. Sam Evans (Maggie's father) shows up at what I think is a hotel. He's been drinking heavily.

The guy there tells Sam that Devlin is back in town. The guy also tells him Caroline visited Devlin that afternoon. Sam calls Elizabeth and asks for Roger. Devlin acts like he wants to buy Collinswood. After the call Sam went back to the bar to drink some more than returned to the inn. Sam talks about fear and making a man do terrible things.

Elizabeth verifies she hasn't been off the hill the house is on for eighteen years. Devlin admits being in prison. Caroline gets a call from Joe about a date they have that night. Elizabeth tells Caroline to find Roger and bring him there to meet Devlin.
