Futuba-kun and Misaki are still having trouble feeling at ease with each other. Menwhile, two weird girls who spend most of their time yelling at each other show up at the school.
The two end up fighting Futaba and Misaki in the ring. Futaba sees Misaki's bare breasts and changes into Futaba-chan and so takes his own place in the ring. The girls lose the match but Misaki ends up hurt and is given a blood tranfusion from Futaba.
The blood causes Misaki to experience gender-changing just like Futaba. This leads to various humorous events.
