Futaba-kun Change volume 4

There are two sisters that are wrestlers. They are utterly and totally hung up on themselves. They also argue loudly all the time. Misaki is worried that something is going on between Futaba-Kun and Futaba-chan, and Futaba is worried because whenever he would try to go out with Misaki he would get excited and change into a girl.

Futaba and Misaki have to stand in the hall for not paying attention in class. They try to talk, but Futaba gets so upset and worried that he changes into Futaba-chan and runs away before Misaki can see the change.

The sumo guy from the wrestling tournament is their brother and they are upset that he lost and want revenge. The wrestling team captain says Futaba and Misaki will take on the two sisters.

Misaki says she's joined the club to spend time with Futaba-kun. The match will be that day. The sumo guy warns Misaki and Futaba that his two sisters are stupid and have no fear of anything; they also like to eat but put on weight really easily.

The match starts. Misaki's outfit gets cut up and her breasts are exposed. Futaba is to go in and take her place, but all he can think about are Misaki's boobs. He gets knocked out of the ring, but returns as Futaba-chan. Meanwhile the Princess of Evil is planning to show up.

The match goes on with Futaba-chan fighting the girls while Misaki tries to repair her outfit. They go 2 on 1 on Futaba, but Misaki brought some sweets with her, which she made, and the two other girls eat them as fast as they can and both instantly gain lots of weight.

Somehow, and I'm not sure how, Misaki gets wounded badly, and the nurse has to give her a tranfusion from Futaba-chan. When Misaki wakes up, she is now a he.

Misaki is totally shocked by what has happened to her. Then she has an erotic dream and wakes up with an erection. Later during school Misaki runs to the nurse and takes off her blouse, but now she's a girl again.

It's the next day at school and Misaki finds out she's changed again. She has another problem in a girl named Sheena who has developed a major crush on her. Futaba finds out his blood has caused Misaki's changes, and both he and Misaki think the other will never want to have anything to do with them again.

Later Sheena kisses Misaki when she wasn't expecting it. Futaba-chan shows up and Sheena recognizes that the two of them like each other.

The school nurse, meanwhile, is having the time of her life studying Misaki's blood. (She's sort of a mad scientist).

The nurse has figured out Futaba-kun's blood carries something unusual. She's also working on another man-eating plant. She has the plant attack Futaba, trying to get more of his blood, but her identical sister is chasing the plant. Meanwhile, Sheena chloroforms Misaki.

Both sisters want to make money off Futaba, but one wants to make everyone in the world like Futaba. Meanwhile Sheena gets Misaki in a separate building and starts to remove her clothes. Then she finds out that Misaki is (at the moment, at least) male.

The principal shows up dressed as Futaba-chan and it confuses the two nurses and Futaba-kun is able to get away.
