Futaba-kun Change volume 8

Futaba-kun is worried about passing his finals. Kurin, meanwhile, is being nice to Futaba, and both he and Misaki are wondering what Kurin is up to.

The guy that likes Misaki comes into the same room where Futaba-chan is. He spots a bento box Misaki made, and Futaba-chan says he can have it. Of course, its the sweet-to-the-nth-degree type of cooking Misaki does, and the guy starts to think he was lucky Misaki turned him down.

The day of the school dance, though, Futaba-chan and her co-star have to work on the drama.

The dance continues. Negiri, when she is out of her glasses and pony-tailed hair, is actually beautiful, and she asks the head of the wrestling team to dance. No one knows it's her, though. Futaba-kun manages to show up in time for the last dance.

Valentine's Day is coming up, and in Japan it's different. The girls give guys they like chocolate. With Misaki's cooking ultra-sweetness, that could be dangerous. It's no problem, though, since Misaki's chocolate is so sweet that it goes into spontaneous combustion and burns up before Futaba could even taste any of it.

Futaba-chan gives Misaki some chocolate.

Then the class takes a trip on a plane which crashes at sea.

The people from the plane land on an island. It's Shimeru Island, where Futaba's relatives come from. It turns out Kurin is the daughter of the head family of the island. Kurin's mother beats up Futaba and presses the issue of the wedding.

Male-form Kurin brings Futuaba-chan out on a change for the wedding ceremony. Suddenly there's an explosion. Misaki leads Futaba-chan to a hiding place, forgetting Kurin is still attacked to Futaba-chan by a chain.

The island starts to shake like it's having a major earthquake. Later Futaba-chan awakes in a big room. It turns out the entire island was a huge spaceship, and it starts talking to him. The ship tells Futaba-kun, Misaki and Kurin his own story.

The ship examines Misaki and finds out she is a distant relative of someone from the same race that Futaba-kun is from, so she can also change sexes, just under certain conditions.

They arrive at the shemale planet, and it turns out to be sort of a Dyson-sphere type of thing, but constructed in a ring rather than a sphere around a center star. They find out that their world was destroyed, and all the people are gone.

When they get back to earth, they find out eight years have passed. The other's from Shimeru Island have integrated integrated into Earth society. The series technically ends here.

This one consists of a series of short unrelated stories.

The issue has some short stories, but isn't quite as funny as the previous issue.
