Battle of Los Angeles -Shocking Event (You Tube)

A very well done video which openly challenges the explanation of the object as a weather balloon. One thing I wonder; has anybody bothered to go and check the wind currents on that night and see what direction they were flowing, and then compare this to the movement of the object? If the two were the same, then the balloon theory would be supported; if the two were not the same, then it could not, under any conditions, have been a weather balloon.
