This is a publication from the Japanese and Korean Exclusion League, which later became the Asiatic Exclusion League.

They note that their office had received 839 requests for information.

A good bit of the space is taken up by a financial statement of their earnings and expenditures. Otherwise, there's not that much that's interesting in this particular issue.
