She was born on September 8, 1976 . Her debut was in Hanjuku Tamago.
So far I have been able to find the following things that she appeared in:

Beach Boys, a 1997 series of 12 episodes and 2 specials
1997: Kare (Boyfriend)
1996: Good luck
She has also appeared in other dramas but I was unable to find any information about them.
One pop tune she recorded is "Ashitano Jonetsu/Passion of Tomorrow.
