Volume 3 #64 (Should be #65): Sept. 30, 1942

It's not a typo. Two papers in a row, issued on different dates, are given the same number. This crops up a number of times with the Poston paper; someone wasn't paying attention to the masthead enough and two papers of different dates but with the same number appear.
