Page 1: The fire department is being organized. The Recreation Department is going to hold a public hearing to get opinions on activities that can be done.

Page 2: Lost & Found items. Scout masters and boy scouts are needed. There will be a meeting of Sunday school teachers and religious workers. Girls reserves and music lovers and choir groups will be meeting. There will be community singing in the mess, and a sports program is going to be set up.

Vol. 1 #7, May 20, 1942

Page 1: There are over 3300 people in the camp at that point. There are articles about typhoid innoculations, nurses are needed, and an article on employment. Sunday school teachers and religious workers will meet. A ball field is being cleared off. There will be a meeting for those interested in badminton, and there will be a dance for high-school age boys and girls.

More people have arrived at the center.

The agricultural department lists a number of areas people could get involved in. A library has been set up as has a scout troop. Girls' groups are meeting, and there's going to be a dance. This newsletter also had only one page.

Page 1: More arrivals are expected. There's an article on the bulletin itself, and how not many copies are printed. There's a call for badminton and volleyball players.
