Page 1: 100,000 witness New Years' Festival. That's the main title of the page and it's quite an impossible feat. Such a number of people would have required almost every single Issei and Nisei from all the camps to descend on Poston to attend its festival. The article also refers to the numbers as a 'conservative estimate.' It would be interesting to know how the reporter came up with this number.
