Hello Morning, 07-02-2000 Show #13

The Hello no Theme opening.

Maki Goto still as MC.

This episode's guest.

T&C Bomber Ballet portion. It's not the normal type of ballet group vs. villain, though, at least at first.

The villain and then one of the girls tries to sing in the style of the person in the picture.

The villain acts up.

Then it's back to the guest star portion.

The T&C Bomber group again teaching Morning Musume something, this time dance moves.

They then have the entire group try to go through the dance routine.

Back to the guest star portion.

The first thing up is an apple-peeling contest. (I remember an episode of Iron Chef where they showed Sakai peeling apples; his speed was absolutely incredible.) It becomes painfully obvious that this group of girls has not had a lot of practice peeling apples in their lifetimes.

Natsumi Abe finishes first. While peeling she seems to be incredibly focused on what she is doing.

The next group of three cut up onions.

Yaguchi is judged to have done the best job.

Tanpopo doing Otome Pasta ni Kandou (“The Girl is Touched by Pasta”)

Back to the guest star portion. This group of girls takes rice, makes an indentation, and then fills the indentation with one of the items on the table, then closes the indentation.

(More rice can be added to finish turning the rice into a ball shape.) A piece of seaweed is added to finish the product. This is onigiri that they are making. The triangular shape shown here is what it's supposed to look like at the end.

The background music at this time is an American singer, but at least it's not being played as loudly as in some other programs.

A Nakazawa Yuko video, doing Shanghai no Kaze (“Shanghai's Wind”).

Back to the talk-show type session, this time reading some mail they have gotten.
