1. Menu, Ultra Quiz contest with food as the reward. Scenes from a similar contest two years earlier are shown then the contest starts. The group is paired down to the girls who will be in the next round of competition.
In the second round the girls have to first answer a question correctly, then they try to match up two foods in a concentration-type format.
2. Morning Musume live "Ai Araba It's All Right"
3. Quiz: The way it is working is that the girls start out with a plain bowl of rice. If they get things correct they can win ingredients to put on top of their rice. Even the first two girls eliminated from competition at least get a small bowl of rice with toppings.
Iida Kaori is the first to make the finals and look at all the things her rice is topped with (including things that can look right back at you, apparently).
