The girls demonstrate their sales skills in front of Japan's top department store salesperson. He starts off by giving them a sales demonstration of his own. It's easy to see why he's the top salesman.
W(Double You) ranger (Chikyuu Senshi W). The girls are working on learning how to prepare konyaku, which is a potato-like vegetable. They take a powdered form, add water and work with that (like you work with flour and water to make dough.) They end up with a ball of dough which they flatten out, sort of pile on itself, then cut into sections for noodles.
The girls prepare two forms of it, one being the noodle form and the other a pasty-type form that is poured into a pan and ends up coming out very much like tofu, which you can then put toppings on.
Don't ever underestimate Nozomi or Ai; these two girls may appear to be really flaky and not too swift, but after having watched them on a lot of the shows I've come to the conclusion that they are way smarter then they let on.

Sales skills demonstration continues. He next demonstrates a sponge. The girls then get their turn, picking an object at random then doing a sales presentation on that item.
