This is the Dangle game where an object tied to a string is lowered toward the blindfolded girls. They are to try and guess what the object is. This is always an absolutely hilarious game they play.

Apparently this is Nakazawa Yuko's first time as anchor for the show.
There's a Hamtaro-type movie that Mini Moni has done the voices for.
This continues from the last episode where four of the members were working on various routines to perform in front of a bunch of young kids. Meanwhile, some of the music from The Rock is playing in the background.
The last one turns out to be a fake snake but it still sends Yaguchi running away.
