Whatever she's saying, the picture on the bottom left is, I think, from the Miyazaki movie Grave of the Fireflies (probably one of the saddest animes ever done.)

The girls put on one of the props and imitate either the person or the thing the prop represents.

Pucchi (Petit) Moni does Pittari Shitai X'Mas ("I Want a Perfect Christmas") in concert. This is not the entire song, though.

The two guys go into a third room.
