Best 10

Normally I write about the vcds/dvds like this in a logical manner; track 1, track 2, track 3, etc. This one, though, has an organization that is, to be polite, different. It has two choices from the main menu, and each choice has sub-choices, so I'll do it like this: I'll label the two main choices A and B, and the give numbers to the sub-choices.

On the track race

A1: This section has 14 tracks, basically behind-the-scenes filming of their movie Pinch Runner. From most of the footage it's surprising that the girls were working in some very cold weather. The film crew would have heavy jackets on while the girls were in whatever outfit they were wearing at that point in the film. There were also many people watching the filming, running around to get better views of their favorite Morning Musume girls.

A2: this is a "select the scene" menu for A1.

A3: a trailer for the film.

A4: More behind-the-scenes footage, the first half of it more informal than the first set of footage and a lot of it really funny.

B1: Ai no Tane ("Seeds of Love") : A regular video of one of their best songs.

B2: another of my favorite videos, Morning Coffee.

B3: Summer Night Town: Another of my favorites.

B4: Daite! Hold on Me ("Hold Me, Hold on Me"): Another good video.

B5: Memory Seishun no Hikari ("Memory, the Light of Youth"): One of the softer, very good videos.

B6: Manatsu no kosen ("A Ray of Light in Midsummer") : Another video I like, although not one of my favorite songs.

B7: Furusato ("Hometown"): A good, gentler and slower song than many of their others. Also features the girls in some beautiful kimonos.

B8: Love Machine: Another of my favorite videos (which may hold a record for the number of costume changes in a single video).

B9: Koi No Dance Site ("Love's Dance Site"): Another of my favorite videos.

B10: Happy Summer Wedding: This is one of my favorite songs, but I don't like the video that goes with it.

B11: Love Machine: This has extra material at the start and end.
