This seems to be about a visit by Morning Musume to Hawaii in 2004. They divide up into groups, with one group concentrating on shopping and one group concentrating on water ride parks and one group going fishing.
They are talking to an American about fishing, and the translator is dubbing Japanese over the American's voice which is pretty cool. They go on a fishing trip and one of the guys is getting them all set up for fishing.

It goes down into a U-shaped structure. Mari Yaguchi seemed to be rather terrified. Make that almost absolutely, totally, completely 110% terrified.
