There was a day in the spring when we had some extremely powerful wind. This LaRosa's sign had apparently rusted at the bottom of the pole near the ground. The sign was large and had a big flat surface, so it caught the wind and the wind was enough apparently to snap the pole where it has rusted.
Originally the sign fell on the nearby railroad tracks. The people at LaRosa's called the fire department and they came out and helped move the sign off the tracks.
