This is a South American Shadow magazine. It has a completely different cover than the American version. It's also smaller physically than the American version, more the size of the 1946 or so Shadow pulps.
Also, there are no ads nor are they any other stories in this particular pulp. Since I don't have the American version, I can't say whether it had ads and other stories or not, though.
I have found that a number of the Shadow pulps from South America have different covers on them then the American version.
