Ranma ½, Part 2 Number 1

Ryoga again wants revenge against Ranma and it's an example of the fact that Ryoga is a dirty fighter, a person without honor. He has attempted to attack Ranma numerous times in an ambush-type mode, in this case going after Ranma when he was asleep.

In this issue Ranma finds out that Ryoga followed him into China, fell into a Jusenkyo spring, and turns into a pig. (This is after Ranma thinks that Ryoga turns into a dog.) It's also the start of the Akane-P-chan relationship.

Ryoga also refuses to take responsibility for his own actions. It was his fault that Ranma was not there for their fight since Ranma had waited three days for Ryoga to show up but, as usual, Ryoga got lost. Instead of taking responsibility for his own ability to do what was necessary, he blamed Ranma and had been following him looking for revenge.

Thus, Ryoga's trip to China was his own doing and was not necessary, and everything that happened there, including his falling into a cursed spring, was his own fault since he shouldn't have been there in the first place.

The second point proving Ryoga is without honor is the way he stays with Akane as P-chan and never owns up to the fact of the pig being him. He gets to see Akane in her underwear, I'm sure, and maybe less, yet he continues to be angry at Ranma for what happened.

As the Klingons would say, 'Ryoga is an honorless cur.'

He also sees Ranma-chan naked from time to time.
