The Shadow Knows, part 5 : The Invisible Shadow

1937 was the start of the “traditional” Shadow radio show.

The documentary then talks about how the Shadow was actually invisible in the radio series versus how, in the printed magazines, the Shadow was not actually invisible, although he could blend with the background and seem to be invisible.

Orson Welles played the part of the Shadow for a while. He became famous for his radio production of War of the Worlds.

Once Welles left, other men played the part of the Shadow and the series continued.

Then it talks about how Lamont Cranston was not really the Shadow after all, and how the Shadow ended up talking to Lamont.
