Jesus' Marriage to Mary Magdalene: The Bloodline of Jesus Christ

video starts out saying many historians believe that Jesus could have married Mary Magdalene. She came to southern France with a child. Eventually there was a marriage into a certain line of rulers. It then talks about references in the Gnostic Gospels about Jesus being married.

This persons says that they had an illicit relationship. (author of Mary Magdalene). She says the 12 apostles couldn't really 'get her' and that she was somewhat like Yoko Ono in being kind of divisive. She says that Mary was the 'power behind the throne' as far as Jesus goes.

This persons says that Jesus might have attached himself to her for political gain.

(Author of Mysteries of the Holy Grail). He believes Jesus was married and had children which was part of his 'terrestrial humanity.' He also believes that there was some sort of underhanded editing going on when the 'official' Bible was put together to lessen the role of Mary Magdalene.

The first person adds that Peter went to Jesus to complain about Mary and how Jesus loved her more than him and why he was kissing her on the mouth. The woman points out that it's pretty obvious just why Jesus was doing that. He was in love with her.

The painting The Last Supper shows the person on the right of Jesus. That person is supposed to be a guy but actually looks like a woman.

Then it's back to the second speaker who talks about the possibility that Jesus did not die on the cross, that there was something arranged by Joseph of Arimathea to not kill Jesus. He says that most people were far enough away from the crucifixion that they couldn't see details and only those few near him, like Mary Magdalene could.

He adds that the sponge given him contained a sedative.

The narrator again talks about what happened in France. Since Jesus was from the Davidic line, when at least one or more of his children married into the royal French kings bloodline letting the Davidic line carry on. Some of the resulting offspring down the line were hunted down by the Church in Rome and were killed.

The second man points out that there were Jewish communities in France at that time so it would have made sense to get Jesus there.

(If this happened and some arrangement in advance had been made then I'm sure it would have included some phrase about Jesus having to remain in communicado and keeping his mouth shut and I just don't see him agreeing to that, especially when his son James took over the movement and was killed.)

The narrator says that there is a legend that Mary and Jesus are buried at Rennes-le-Chateau.

The village priest at the time. The video then talks about how the priest became very wealthy very suddenly and what he did with some of the money.

The third man (who is an ordained priest) says that one theory was that the village priest found the tombs of Mary and Jesus and blackmailed the Vatican and that's how he became wealthy.

A man who believes that Mary's tomb is at the Rennes area. The film goes on to say that a lot of churches in that area of France are dedicated to Mary Magdalene.

Then the film goes on to show how some people have come to that area looking for clues to where such a burial would have taken place.

This man says that there is some kind of mystery but there is no tomb of Mary or Jesus there at all.

The film goes on to show one of the caves being entered. It's obvious that such caves are not easy to find and are definitely not easy to get into or explore.

Then it moves on to talk about the Priory of Sion. The narrator points out that there are a lot of questions about the Priory's legitimacy. It also talks about documents from the priory that are in a library there. The author of the Priory of Sion believes that they exist today and do have some kind of important information.

The author of The Templar Revelation says that the Priory is not old and it dates from the 1950's. He says it is a front for real secret societies that have been around for a long time.

Then the video goes to a small church in London with a mural that seems to show Jesus watching the crucifixion of someone else. The Priory of Sion claims the artist was one of their grand masters but it seems he wasn't.

A man who claims his family goes back to the time of Mesopotamia and is part of the Jesus bloodline. The man refers to an ancient writing about Jesus having at least one daughter. The book is one of Coptic writing.

An old parchment showing Jesus talks about his wife. The man also claims that to teach in the Temple, as Jesus did, you were required to be married and to have at least one child. The video goes on to refer to the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine being shown in the marriage of Jesus and Mary.

The narrator says basically that the people who believe that the tomb of Mary Magdalene was near the Rennes-le-Chateau have not provided any actual hard proof at all and, baring that, it's quite possible that all the stories of Jesus and Mary coming there are wrong.
