Christ, the Shroud and the Rainbow Body: my comments

The article notes the theory that Jesus never did die on the cross but it also adds the idea that he did but the body was moved somewhere else in order to try to prevent any uprising over his death and his body.

It is also interesting in that it says bodies from crucifixtions were just thrown into a mass grave so if his body wasn't then it means someone with money had prepared the alternative of a tomb.

Another thing I had never heard is that the facial image is suppposed to be that of Leonardo da Vinci.

One interesting thing is comparing the face to what is shown on a You Tube video where people familar with what people living in that area actually looked like then that would indicate this is definitely not Jesus as the face does not match what a man's face would have looked like that long ago and where he lived.
