Planet of Platonia, episode 3

The planet apparently has lots of platinum that it would like to sell to the Earth.

The aliens (who kind of resemble the guys in the last episode) discuss the trade talks. The guy on the right is the king. Moments later someone tries to kill the king. The king's rival wants to conquer Earth.

The toady who wants on the King tries to poison him.

Fireball Jr. landing on yet another planet that seems more dead than alive, physically.

Robert the Robot standing guard. (Wouldn't it be somewhat easier to just close the hatch? Also, isn't Robert sort of an easy target, sticking up out of the ship like that? A sniper would have no trouble at all picking him off.)

A device is planted to neutralize Robert.

Steve Zodiac gets a feeling that something is wrong and goes out to check on Fireball Jr. He sees that Robert is not visible, shoots Valvo (the toady) as he runs from the ship, and finds the jamming device.

Valvo planted a bomb inside Robert.

The evil Valvo has escaped and tied up Venus.

One of the missiles leftover from an earlier episode is launched. In this case, though, it's a rocket to pick up Valvo who has escaped from Fireball XL-5. Fireball destroys the rocket.

They recapture the toady.

Valvo finally tells them where the bomb is and Zodiac gets it out of the robot.
