The Best Detective

This is #8 in the Nancy Drew notebook series. The story starts with Nancy's blue detective notebook going missing. A kid named Jason (a rather immature kid, even for 3rd grade) decides he wants to prove he's a better detective than Nancy and so he competes with her in trying to find her notebook.

As usual, there are different suspects and Nancy works hard to solve the mystery. As expected, she solves the mystery, though the solution is somewhat unexpected. A good book.
