Dotty #35
1948, A.A. Win Incorporated.
Lester is a friend of Dotty's. He thinks he's going to win a horse race, but the horse he is going to race on looks like a tired, half-starved old nag. There's also some very questionable racing practices going on near the finish line.
Sorority Sue: The girls at the sorority house are hoping for dates. Sue talks some feminist material, but she doesn't really walk the talk. Anyhow, she invents a perfume that has a powerful effect on any man smelling it. By the end of the story she's reversed her political opinion.
Jerry the Jinx: Jerry joins a guy and his daughter for a golf game and, of course, Jerry causes everything to go wrong.
Gags and Giggles (text): Short bits of humor. At least, they are supposed to be funny.
Dotty: This one proves Dotty is the usual large-breasted blond bimbo featured in comics of the time.
Curly: He's read a book on psychology and proves beyond doubt that a little knowledge can be a very dangerous thing.
