In California it's called the
Safely Surrendered Baby Law.
In Ohio it's called Safe Havens for
Newborns.

Monday, May 17th, 2004, an historic day: Massachusetts is
the first state in the U.S.A. to legalize same-sex unions and the U.S. just one
of four countries in the world where homosexuals can legally wed. Civil rights
takes a step forward!
December 2006: Hurray for South Africa! Same-sex marriages
are now legal there!
June 2008: Same-sex marriages are now legal in California!
