Review

This is a very interesting approach to the Ranma-becoming-female theme, postulating an actual scientific physical principle for that happening to Ranma. In this case it looks like the change might be permanent, but Cologne thinks she might have a way to reverse the change.

There's a lot of interaction between the main characters (minus, thankfully, Mousse, Kuno, Kodachi and assorted minor characters), and also a lot of action, moreso than in many fanfic pieces. It's an extremely interesting story and is well told.

Overall this is one of the better and more original fanfiction pieces I have read.

Synopsis

Chapter 1

The story opens with Ranma-chan coming out of some water that Akane had hit her into. When she gets home she talks to Kasumi and goes to her room, too tired to eat (showing a major problem of some kind exists; Ranma-chan not eating?) Further, she actually shoves Akane out of her way to get to her room and doesn't get into an argument with her.

Ranma feels that everything is getting into a rut, even after a talk with Nabiki where she said Akane just wants attention and he keeps pushing her away.

Ranma later goes into Akane's room and straightens it a little after Happosai's panty raid. He finds Akane's vibrator and is quite embarrassed. He takes it to his room, changes into Ranma-chan form and decides to see what using the vibrator feels like.

A problem arises when Ranma-chan screams in ecstasy and, down in the kitchen, Kasumi asks Akane to check on her and see if she is having a nightmare. Akane opens the door and there is Ranma-chan in mid-orgasm. Angry, Akane grabs a glass of hot water and throws in on Ranma-chan.

Ranma-chan faints. Later, after she wakes up, she finds out that she's unable to change back to her boy form. Nabiki comes up with the answer; a principle of physics. Two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time and, since Ranma-chan had the vibrator still in her when hit with water, he body could not realign itself so she remained female.

Chapter 2

Ranma-chan is having major troubles coping with being permanently female. Akane tries to help her in an intellectual fashion (rather more intellectual than Akane is normally figured to be, by the way. One slight problem with the story.)

Soun asks Cologne and Shampoo to come over and see if they can help Ranma-chan. Cologne seems to know of a possible cure, but it's "far away." She says they will have to go on a long trip, and it will be Ranma-chan, Cologne, Shampoo, Akane, Ukyou and Genma, the entire group.

Ranma-chan takes a bath and starts to get turned on again, then ends up having stomach pains, not realizing that her period is starting. Akane tries to talk to her later and help her adjust. And, of course, it's then that Cologne arrives and says it's time to go on their journey.

Chapter 3

Ranma-chan runs into a mall after a argument with Ukyo, Akane and Shampoo. Akane chases after her and finds her in the restroom and tells her she is going to need to use a certain feminine product for period which does not exactly sit well with Ranma-chan.

Akane is becoming scared that Ranma is becoming more and more a full girl in that she's taken to shaving her legs, shaving another area, wearing actual panties, etc.

Ryouga turns up during the boat trip to China. Later Akane has to comfort Ranma-chan again as she starts crying once more.

Chapter 4

Ranma-chan and Akane have another argument about P-chan and even Ukyo gets mad at Ranma-chan. Akane is getting more worried about how feminine Ranma-chan is getting.

Later Akane catches Ryouga and Ranma-chan, and it appears Ryouga is feeling up Ranma-chan's breasts.

Shampoo sets a trap to hurt Akane, but Ryouga and Akane both end up getting caught. Ranma-chan saves them from the most dangerous part of the trap but is hurt in the process.

Akane is getting more and more attracted to Ranma-chan, then something happens to the two of them.

Chapter 5

It turns out they are all captured by a different village of Amazons. Ranma-chan challenges an Amazon to fight for their freedom. They end up being recaptured (in a way) and Ranma-chan will have to fight Shampoo and Akane fight Ryouga for their freedom (or marriage, whichever.)

Ranma-chan beats Shampoo and Akane beats Ryouga. Ukyo later talks to Ranma-chan and basically drops out of the competition for Ranma-kun.

Ryouga kisses Ranma-chan and tells her to give the kiss to Akane, then Ranma-chan changes back into boy form somehow. He gets changed back to Ranma-chan form, though. Later, alone in a tent with Ranma-chan, Akane tells her that she loves her/him and the two kiss.

Chapter 6

Ryouga and Akane talk, and Ryouga reveals that Ranma-chan changes to Ranma-kun when splashed with cold water, a reversal of her normal curse. Cologne tells the group later, though, that mentally Ranma is now a female, and if she was to be dipped into the Spring of Drowned Boy it would basically tear her apart mentally.

Leaving Ranma with a choice of being a girl cursed to turn into a boy when hit with cold water, or becoming physically a boy but mentally a girl. Cologne later talks privately to Ranma-chan, getting her to realize that her only practical choice is to be a girl who at times will turn into a boy when hit with cold water. She also admits that Shampoo would not have had trouble being attracted to Ranma-chan's female form, but she didn't expect that Akane would be attracted, also.

One of the Amazons from the other village attacks Ranma-chan, but she is able to fake the woman out and get her to think she won.
