Ranma ½, part 6 number 3
Ranma is aat the martial arts badminton tournament in a kimono. He tells Akane that she'll grow whiskers as a result of the super-soba that she ate. Akane gets the best of Ranma-chan but then runs off suddenly and Ranma-chan finds her at the top of a tree. The whiskers have started to grow.
He gives her a pill that will cure her of the soba's effects. The principal of the school Akane and Ranma attend is returning. A snowman shows up and Ranma gets into a fight with it. When he hits it the snow falls off revealing a guy in a Hawaiian shirt with a lei and a ukulele. It's the principal and he's fixated on students have particular hair cuts. Very, very short bowl cuts, in general. He tells the students he has hidden a paper that allows students to get out of rules like hair cuts free. The paper is hidden in a coconut somewhere on campus.
