Ranma ½, part 6 number 6

The school principal has declared it tardy student punishment week. The principal has taken an extreme dislike to Ranma so he sets things up to try and force Ranma to be late to school. Ranma is able to turn the tables on the principal and make the principal late for school, so he has to clean the toilets.

Ryoga appears again, wanting to express his feelings to Akane, but he's so shy he's never been able to. Ryoga and Ranma are at a public bath. On the women's side Akane and Shampoo are there. Shampoo claims she will never turn to a cat again and Ranma will be hers.

Ryoga was planning to give Akane a letter. He's at the dojo and once again falls towards the water. He doesn't change to P-chan, though, while Ranma changes to Ranma-chan. Ryoga has some kind of special soap to stop his changing.
