CountryMouse's Refuge) I blew some extra money on a booster pack at
eMusic. I had to. They have music by
Heinrich Schutz! Now I can hear once again so many beautiful things we sang
in choir, plus other things I have on vinyl that are not easily accessible.
Our Christmas decorations are still up. I guess I *should* take down the
wreath from the front door. But technically I have until Candlemas/Imbolc to
get everything down before I start to incur any bad luck. :-P
Off and on it still feels like Christmas to me, which is a very nice
feeling. :-)
I won Web Town's NVE Grand Final
competition for the third time (again) this week! So I am once again retired
for 2 months from active competition. Well, I am still competing in the
Spirit Page competition though--so iffen ya wanna vote for me there, just go
here to my voting page and follow ze button!

It's going to rain a LOT this weekend. And then get COLD on Monday.
Yesterday I got all my fuzzies (well, the ones I dress up--Build-A-Bear and
other people) changed out of their Christmas finery and into warmer (mostly)
things, such as sweaters and long-sleeved things and running suits with
hoodies, etc. Photos will be up e v e n t u a l l y. :-P
I *should* go get a little more sleep. I've been up since....4am? Something
like that. Cat'r will be up here this afternoon, so I don't want to poop out
really early in the evening.
Okay okay STOP. NOW. :-P
 Wednesday,
January 24, 2007, 11:30pm: Cat'r, Bunnicula,
and I all bought copies of Nintendo's ClubHouse Games (for the DS).
Click on the pic at left to see it a bit
larger. It's 40 games in one! And it can be played single-player or
multi-player (which we have done, both in person and also via WiFi!). It is
wonderful! And addictive. ::grin:: Bunnicula tutored me in Hearts, as I just
could not get the hang of it. I'm doing pretty well in it now. I love
playing Rummy and Billiards too.
Also: Bunnicula and I have gotten back into
Animal Crossing: Wild World! Last
week I had the urge to go back to my town of Candlefd. And then I found I
just couldn't leave without pulling all the weeds, fixing things up, maybe
trying to get some other items I had wanted. Now we're back into full-blown
collecting mode. :-P We've been going back every day now for about a
week. It's good to be back. :-)
