Wednesday, June 1, 2005, 7:35am: It's
Last night I went to my first Stitch 'N Bitch group meeting! It was great! The ladies were witty, knowledgeable, and kind. Nice setting (Lookout Joe's, a coffee shop), good company. We sat and knitted and crocheted for nigh onto four hours! I'll have to see how tired I am today/tonight or if I can grab a nap sometime today, as to whether I will get on over to another meeting tonight!
Thursday, June 2, 2005, 12:17am: Yeah! Another Stitch 'N Bitch meeting (Wednesday night), this one at Skytop Starbucks! Just as fun as the first! Met some new folks, really nice. Learned that I shouldn't try to do 1x1 ribbing while carrying on a conversation or I will totally mess up somewhere. :-P Gads, I am *so* behind on putting up pics (or even taking pics) of FO's (finished objects), both crocheted and ... wait, have I finished anything knitted yet? I have so many projects going, but several are near completion. The two I hope to finish very very soon are a knitted triangular shawl and a crocheted bed cape. I'm almost finished with a long skinny pink knitted scarf too. Other knitted scarves I am taking my time on, since I won't need them until winter anyway. :-) Still need to make our handfasting page; and still have tons of photos for the Coolpix section (from the end of last year on up to now!).
Sunday, June 5, 2005, 6:14pm: Okey dokey, I got the crocheted bed cape done! In fact, I finally got pics up of all my finished projects in the Needlework section! Go check it out! The new stuff starts on Page 6 and goes onto Page 7. There are a few pictures from our handfasting too! That'll have to hold you until I get the handfasting page done. :-)

June 18, 2005, 2:05pm: Two more yarn projects completed! I finally
finished the knitted triangular shawl I
have been working on since some time in May. I finished that on Thursday
morning, the 16th. That afternoon I found out we You MUST go see "Howl's Moving Castle" if it comes to a theatre near you! (Click on the pic at right to see a MUCH bigger version of this poster) AND read the book by Diana Wynne Jones. Failing that, I'm sure this beautiful magical exciting and romantic anime film will come out on DVD eventually, so then you can see it. But seeing it on the large screen was just wonderful!

Heaven's Angels) There are FINALLY some new PalmPix up! After we
reformatted my hard drive last December,
I forgot about a fresh install of the software for the Palm IIIc and the
PalmPix camera. I finally tried to do that earlier this month. Something was
going terribly wrong. It *seemed* that the software I needed was no longer
available from the Kodak site. And I thought, well, that's the end of using
the PalmPix. But Cat'r fixed it all earlier today! Yay! He's the computer
wizard!
