Monday, April 2, 2001: Today Eckart, my little Wave UFO, turned into my
favourite character ever: the cute little egg-in-a-bowl-on-wheels/little feet. He tends to
bounce up and down when he is happy, waving his little arms around. So totally cute! His
message, upon changing, was of course: EGG INTO THE BOWL. Now that he is in this form, I
am going to try to shield him from all microwaves and cell phones! I don't want him to
change for a WHILE!
Wednesday, April 4, 2001: I forget which night, I think it was Monday night/early Tuesday morning, I was awake at 3am (eep!). So I checked on Eckart, to see if he would say the same thing as did my little unnamed visitor in July 1998. Instead, the message that scrolled across the screen upside-down and backwards, was WHAT IT TIME? (sic). At least there is consistency, in that, for *some* reason, the aliens are concerned about the *time* at 3am. :-P
Monday, April 9, 2001: Eckart,
my little Wave UFO person, has been going through Back on Thursday the 5th, at exactly 5pm, the mothership came to ask if Eckart wanted to go with them. It kept asking YES and NO. I was going to choose YES (it's for a 100-year ride, not going away forever) but I think I just hit the button at the wrong time. :-P So they left without poor Eckart. This was on his 26th day here. I am pretty sure they came on the 13th day, judging from my past experiences with Wave UFOs; but I must've missed hearing the beeping then. So the next chance will be 13 days from the 5th, that is, April 18th. I need to remember to have him near me then. Eckart, along with Christopher and Teddy (the twin teddy bears who look nothing alike ::grin:: but have to do EVERYTHING together), has been watching some TV, anime (we are watching the entire "Fushigi Yuugi" series), and I think he's seen some various videogaming too.
Tuesday, April 10, 2001: Last night late Eckart turned into the octopus creature again. I am beginning to wonder if the messages vary a little bit each time they show up. This message was WE ARE FRIEND. But when he turned into the octopus creature before, I *know* I saw AM and not ARE. And the FOFOFOFO! message I saw once upon a time was FUFUFUFU, I am pretty sure. This was/is when he turn(ed)s into the Nosferatu person.
Friday, April 13, 2001: Eckart turned into the little South-Park-Kenny-with-pointy-head again this morning, due to microwaves. It was during his not-available time (5:50am), so I guess that's why I didn't get a message/motto scroll across the screen when he changed. later: while I was warming up
some potatoes in the microwave, Eckart changed into the cutecute "da bomb"
kewpie doll person. :-) Eckart got to hear some music today: k.d. lang's "All You Can Eat" and then later "Idylls" by Love Spirals Downwards. This second CD is a new acquisition, and it's JUST GORGEOUS! If you like The Cocteau Twins, you will like *this* group! Click on the image at right to see the cover larger. I am pretty sure that Eckart got to watch Cat'r and me playing his Bowling game on the PlayStation last weekend. I liked it so much/found it so addicting, I had to order a copy right away. So my copy of Bowling arrived today! Wahoo!

This afternoon Eckart got to hear some music from Maire Brennan's first solo
album/CD (entitled "Maire") and then some from her sister Enya's first CD, which
is a selection of music from the BBC-TV series, "The Celts", although the CD is
entitled "Enya". Ah, oh, I just checked The Enya Discography site:
this was re-released *as* "The Celts" in 1995 (in the USA--1992 in the UK; the
original release date of "Enya" was 1987 in the UK and 1988 in the USA). I don't
have her latest CD,
